Annual DayYesterday we had a great evening. The foundation´s annual day was very complete. There were lots of children and parents, sponsors and celebrities. They gave us very nice seats and we even got to meet a Bollywood Celebrity (forgot her name)!
Dinner and cricket
Afterwords we had a great meal in Tamarind restaurant, conveniently located above a bar and close by our Login residence. When we walked into the bar it was like there was a big party going on and everybody was dancing. We later found out that the Royal Bangalore Challengers had just defeated the Kolkata Knight Riders. Next weekend we have tickets to go to the Royal Bangalore Challengers against the Mumbai Indians!
Feet on the street
This Sunday morning Fiona somehow found out about a 5km run in the park named´Feet on the street´ . I decided to be a good team mate and join the Ozzie's (John also went) and got up early. It was very nice to be in the Cubbon Park in the morning. We saw people doing laughter yoga, cricket and badminton. and the park had lovely big bamboo and old trees. It was too bad we later found out that the new metro line is going to go through the park, for which they will be cutting over 350 trees.

ReplyDeleteja inderdaad papamama, het is heel leuk en interessant en dat is ons huis. Ik heb de foto´s voorzien van een tag, zodat je nu ook weet wat je ziet.
